Documents required for Admission

1. Class XII or Higher Secondary School Leaving Certificate or its equivalent Mark Sheet & Pass Certificate. (Photocopy)

2.Class X or Secondary School Certificate & Pass Certificate. (Photocopy)

3. Transfer Certificate of School Leaving Certificate. (Photocopy)

4. Character Certificate from last passing institute. (Photocopy)

5. Migration Certificate. (Original, if required)

6. Provisional / Degree Certificate (For PG Course Only)

7. Valid Photo Address Proof / Govt. issued Certificate (Address Proof)

8. Any Photo ID Proof.

9. Domicile Certificate / Certificate of Identification (COI)

10. Declaration
